Retreat Terms and Conditions

MONTHLY INSTALMENTS:

We offer a flexible monthly instalment plan, so you can break up the cost in a way that works for you. The final instalment must be paid prior to the 2025 Retreat commencement.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

What if I book then something comes up? Life happens, and I get it. We’re proud to offer flexibility, especially if you book in advance. While I’d hate to see you cancel, we provide a full refund (minus Eventbrite or Pinch Payment transaction fees) for cancellations made up to 30 days before the Retreat (last day for refunds: 29 April 2025). Your peace of mind is important.

 

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED?

Flights, accommodation and transfers are at your own cost. And while we cover almost all meals, Thursday evening dinner in town on 29 April 2025 is also at your own cost. Note, we will provide substantive canapés for those who wish to stay in.

 

EVENT CANCELLATION:

In the unlikely event that the Retreat has to be cancelled due to another pandemic, a cyclone, an airline strike or other catastrophe, we reserve the right to postpone the event until a better time, with a full refund being offered to those who cannot attend the new dates.
